Burgundy Nocturne - Colombia

from €11.00

Altitude: 1800 MASL

Preparation: Washed

Location: La Cabana, Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia

Variety: Caturra, Castillo

Profile: Raspberry, Brown Sugar, Cream

We love the smooth, easy drinking profile of this coffee. Colombian coffees are often characterised as caramel compared to Brazil’s chocolate and we think this is a great example of that. Lighter body and a little bit more sweetness make it super versatile and great for any brew method. We love it as an easy to drink espresso!

La Cabana is a farm where the majority of the coffee crop is growing under shade. The main crop of the farm is coffee but they also grow a range of fruits and vegetables. The shade on the farm is made up of various types of trees, Cedars, Walnut, Banana and avocado.

Burgundy nocturne tips and spills
They trot along nicely in the spreading stain
New chills new thrills
For the old uphill battle
How did he wind up here again?”
