This beautiful, delicate coffee is one for the filter coffee enthusiasts. While it does work on espresso we think it definitely shines the most as a V60 or similar filter coffee. The smooth butterscotch mouthfeel really compliments the soft acidity of the peach and dates notes making a real coffee to remember.
