This Pacamara is a very special coffee for the team, hand selected at origin by our head roaster Dom on his trip to El Salvador earlier this year. Dom visited the Tres Potros farm in the Apaneca region, owned and managed by second-generation brothers Carlos and Gerardo Mendez in March of this year and was blown away by their commitment to quality at every stage of the process from planting and growing to harvesting and processing. The farm is situated at 1,610 MASL and specializes in high quality natural coffees. The estate thrives in rich, volcanic soil within a biodiverse environment, cultivating shade-grown, high-scoring cherries.

This coffee has quickly become a favorite daily batch brew at the roastery, with beautiful raspberry notes, and a balanced, clean finish. Adding milk unlocks a sweet, dessert-like profile filled with vibrant fruity notes. This incredibly high quality coffee is a real treat and marks a very special moment for us to have witnessed every step of the process from plant to cup.
